The Climate Talent Initiative (CTI) was established to empower the people and organizations championing the global energy transition. Acting as a talent lab, CTI identifies and amplifies the most effective strategies to drive this transition forward.
With a commitment to addressing the talent needs of a just energy transition and the belief that everyone has a role in tackling the climate crisis, CTI operates across three core pillars: Leadership Development, Workforce Development and Ecosystem Support.
